So, they have ownership rights to broadcasting, branding, and other rights. As a result, they pay an annual fee to the PCB and earn equal profits from the PCB profit pool.
PSL 7 SCHEDULE
HBL PSL 7 schedule spans over one month from January 27 till January 27. Subsequently, 34 matches will be played between all the franchises. Out of these thirty-four matches, the fifteen games will be, thus, played in the national stadium of Karachi. And, the remaining nineteen-match battlefield will be in the Gaddafi Stadium of Lahore.
So, PSL 7 schedule will be based on the robin round where each team will come face to face in two matches. After that, four teams will qualify for the playoffs tournament.

PSL AND COVID
The PSL 7 tournament has been under strict SOPs due to the growing number of Covid cases in Pakistan. Initially, it was planned to allow only fully vaccinated people to view the PSL 7 live match in the national stadiums. Finally, all people above the twelve years were allowed to enter the stadium.
However, the policy was changed due to the rising positivity rate in Pakistan. As a result, the crowd will be limited to only 25% of the total capacity of the stadiums.
